The Chamberlain Pub, Minories, EC3, City of london

The Chamberlain is the bar of the Fullers 4 star hotel, as you would expect the Fullers range of ale is well represented and indeed well kept to the Cask Marque standards, although on my visit it was somewhat colder than the ideal twelve degrees. This is a traditional modern style pub, with a eye on good food. There are plenty of varied tables and chairs to the right as you enter and a curved bar to the left. The dark reds and wood give it that pub feel. Not the usual city venue but a very enjoyable one.
