Located under the arches
of the railway line entering Fenchurch Street Station which was originally built in 1517. The Cheshire Cheese
is a large two storey no frills pub, if your looking of a good prices
pint of bass and you are in the Crutched Friars area then I recommend you pop in. No matter which day of the week it is, you will always find a decent crowd in the Cheshire Cheese, evidence I think that consistent quality will bring back the clientele.
There is an upstairs gaming area, with two pool tables and some comfortable lounge seats. Downstairs at ground level is the main bar, plenty of functional seating dotted around and Sky TV. |
